Quality Control Manager

We are hiring for the position of Quality Control Manager - Fresh Produce. 

We are looking for an experienced professional to ioin our team, responsible for ensuring product quality, food safety and compliance across all fresh produce operations.

Key Responsibilities include:

- Developing and implementing quality contro procedures for fresh fruits and vegetables - Monitoring product quality from receiving to storage and distribution

- Ensuring compliance with food safety and quality standards (HACCP GAP GMP ISO"

⁃ Conducting regular quality inspections and audits ⁃ Leading, training, and supervising the QC team - Investigating quality issues and implementing corrective and preventive actions

⁃ Coordinating with suppliers, operations, and ogistics teams

Requirements for the role: - Proven experience as a Quality Control in Fresh Produce, FMCG, or Food Industry - Strong knowledge of food safety and quality systems

⁃ Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills ⁃ High attention to detail and strong reporting abilities
