We're Hiring Training Section Head

TAYF Egypt is looking for a Training Section Head to join our team

Key Responsibilities: 

-Lead and manage the training section across all restaurant operations

-Develop and implement training plans and programs aligned with company goals -Identify training needs for operations team. -Monitor training effectiveness and prepare regular reports. -Ensure consistency in training standards materials. and SOPs across all locations

Requirements:

 -Previous experience in the restaurant F&B field is

a MUST. 

-Minimum 3 years of experience in training management. 

-Strong experience in operational training and people development. 

-Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
