We're Hiring: Senior & Junior Export Operations Specialists

Mamiba is seeking skilled Export Operations professionals to manage end-to-end export activities across African & European markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee full export cycle from order confirmation

to final delivery

• Prepare & review export documentation (CI, PL COO, B/L, EUR.1, ATR...

• Coordinate shipments (FCL/ LCL / Air) with

shipping lines & freight forwarders

• Ensure compliance with Incoterms. customs

regulations & trade agreements

. Manage overseas distributors & agents

• Negotiate freight rates & monitor shipping costs • Prepare performance reports & KPIs

Requirements:

• 3-5 years in export operations & international

logistics

• Strong knowledge of Incoterms & export

documentation

• Experience with African & European markets

• Cosmetics industry experience is a plus

• Fluent English (French is a strong plus) • Proficient in MS Excel & ERP systems (MS Dynamics preferred
