Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of English teaching experience

v CELTA certificate is a must

Strong leadership and communication skills

‣ Previous supervisory experience is a plus

Job Responsibilities: • Observe and evaluate instructors to ensure high teaching standards

• Provide coaching, training, and continuous

support to teachers • Ensure proper implementation of the curriculum • Monitor students' progress and academic performance

• Support instructors in classroom manaqement teaching strategies
