Requirements:

• Fresh graduates or up to 1 year of experience

• Females are preferred

Strong communication skills

• Good knowledge of Excel (CRM is a plus

• High attention to detail

• Good command of English

Job Responsibilities: • Follow up on daily operations and customer requests

• Data entry and database updates

• Track orders until completion

• Coordinate with operations and internal teams • Handle and follow up on customer issues
